“Independence Day - Legacy to live for Legacy to die."
The students of The Tribhuvan School, Patna celebrated Independence
week with unprecedented patriotic fervor from 13th to 15th August, 2018.
The gamut of celebration activities held on the campus consisted of
special morning assembly on the topic Jashn-e-Azadi, poetry recitation,
Interhouse Patriotic Song and Dance Competitions as well as mime presentation.
The whole school was drenched in the air of Patriotism. The school was
decorated adorably with the tri colour balloons, flags and flowers .
The celebration began with the morning assembly wherein the students
delivered speech both in Hindi and English focusing on the true meaning
of freedom. "Patriotic Medley" by School Choir filled everyone with pure
patriotism and won the heart of the audience.
Then the stage was taken over by the senior wing students who danced to
the tunes of different patriotic songs like Vande Matram, Desh mera
Rangila, Rang de Basanti and so on. Later the students of primary wing
presented patriotic songs with utmost gusto and spirit of patriotism. The
children sang beautiful composition and enthralled the audience. The
synchronization of the melodious voice and the accompanying
instruments were heartwarming. This was followed by the performance of
Pre-Primary students who came on stage depicting different freedom
fighters like Sarojani Naidu, Jhansi ki Rani, Chandra Shekhar Azad and so on.
On this propitious day the Principal, Ms. Mahua Das Gupta addressed the gathering and urged all the students to
look ahead not back so that they can understand the true essence of Independence. She motivated the students to
